Further Details on Transport

The delivery location must be easily accessible, with a turning possibility. Delivery is made to the curb. Unloading is mostly done with a tail lift, forklift truck, or pallet truck. An asphalted, concreted, level surface is required. Cobblestone pavement is not suitable.

Delivery is usually made within 2 to 15 calendar days after receipt of payment for prepayment. Deliveries are made on weekdays only. The delivery date will be notified by us one to two days before delivery. The recipient has the right and obligation to check the goods for completeness or transport damage before acceptance (interface check). By signing on the delivery note, you confirm that the goods were delivered to you complete and without errors.

Transport damages and incorrect quantities must be noted on the delivery note. A later complaint will not be accepted. The natural stones must be accepted on the scheduled date. If proper delivery is not possible, the customer bears the costs for a new delivery attempt or the return transport of the goods. The consumer is free to purchase the goods EXW or DAP (preferably INCOTERMS 2010). For both options, the seller cannot guarantee a delivery deadline and excludes the right to claim damages.

With EXW (self-collection), the consumer must organize the shipping themselves, and the collection of goods must be coordinated with the consumer at least 1 working day before the loading day in writing. With DAP (delivery), the consumer must ensure that an appropriate vehicle (usually a tarpaulin trailer) can reach and leave the destination independently without external assistance. If reaching the unloading point is not possible for reasons not attributable to the seller and additional costs arise, these will be borne by the consumer. The seller has the right to unload the goods at the last safely accessible point.

According to the agreed delivery schedule, the consumer is obliged to accept the goods promptly. If there are waiting times that are not the responsibility of the seller, the consumer will be liable for damages. After agreeing on the delivery, the consumer has no right to refuse acceptance. This explicitly includes loading aids and cargo securing materials. The consumer has no right to claim due to exceeding the agreed delivery deadline, which is based on force majeure or other circumstances beyond the seller's control.
