Refund policy
A. Right of Withdrawal
Introduction
Consumers have a right of withdrawal in accordance with the following provisions, whereby a consumer is any natural person who enters into a legal transaction for purposes that are predominantly not attributable to their commercial or independent professional activity:
Right of Withdrawal
You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason.
The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day on which you or a third party designated by you, who is not the carrier, has taken possession of the last item.
To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us (bruchsteinplatten.de - SL Schwedt Logistics Ltd., Business Park Meyenburg 1, 16303 Schwedt, Germany, Tel.: 03332 267078-27, Email: verkauf@bruchsteinplatten.de) of your decision to withdraw from this contract by means of a clear statement (e.g., a letter sent by post or email). You may use the attached model withdrawal form, but it is not mandatory.
To maintain the cancellation period, it is sufficient that you send the notification of the exercise of the right of withdrawal before the expiry of the cancellation period.
Consequences of Withdrawal
If you revoke this contract, we will refund you all payments we have received from you, including delivery costs (except for additional costs resulting from your choice of a different type of delivery than the cheapest standard delivery offered by us), without delay and at the latest within fourteen days from the day we receive the notification of your revocation of this contract. For this refund, we will use the same payment method you used for the original transaction, unless something else has been expressly agreed with you; in no case will you be charged any fees for this refund. We may withhold the refund until we have received the goods back or until you have provided proof that you have returned the goods, whichever is earlier.
You must return the goods immediately and in any case no later than fourteen days from the day on which you inform us of the cancellation of this contract. The deadline is met if you send the goods before the fourteen-day period has expired.
We cover the costs of returning the goods.
You are only liable for any potential loss in value of the goods if this loss in value is due to handling that is not necessary for the examination of the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the goods.
