SHIPPING

Shipping will take place with few exceptions (Musterplatten and individual orders of Kunstharz, Fugenmörtel (colorierter Quarzkies) and Imprägnierung) exclusively through our in-house logistics: SL Schwedt Logistics.

The delivery of all polygonal slabs from 5 m² is generally done with a Portable forklift on a practical disposable pallet. You do not need to provide a return pallet – that makes the process easier for you! Our portable forklifts are rough terrain forklifts and have road approval. Nothing is impossible - we have already driven them in the forest and 2 km on the dike. No path is too far for us - Our broken stone slabs always reach our customers – guaranteed!

We can of course organize shipping outside of Germany but within the EU upon request, and we often deliver to Austria. Whether Sylt or Pellworm, everything is no problem for Schwedt Logistics. Delivery to islands must be requested separately, as there are additional fees for railways or ferries.

We generally carry out a 3-fold notification, so you are always informed about when your goods will arrive.

AROUND SHIPPING

How are the natural stone slabs delivered?

With our own trucks and tail lifts, of course palletized. You do not need to provide a replacement pallet.

The COMPRESA terrace package consists of how many pallets?

Your order of 20 m² equals 5 pallets (1.20 × 0.80 m).

What are the shipping costs?

For the delivery of natural stone slabs from 5 sqm, we do not charge any shipping costs. All prices already include shipping.

Shipping of sample stones:
Since a sample is meant to give you the opportunity to comfortably test the slabs in color, structure, surface, and texture from home, the shipping will be free of charge via DHL parcel delivery within 2-3 days. Since a sample shipment usually contains 3 stones for selection, it is not necessary to order the item more than once. However, if someone adds the sample item to the shopping cart more than once, they will have to bear the corresponding shipping costs depending on the quantity.

Do you also ship a mix of natural stone slabs e.g. 10 m² of type A and 10 m² of type B?

Yes, this also happens frequently. Contact us with your request, for a small additional fee we can also pack it for you.

Will the COMPRESA terrace package be delivered individually?

No, the delivery is done by our own truck. Everything complete and from one source!

Does bruchsteinplatten.de also deliver to a residential area?

Of course, we deliver with our own shipping company. All our drivers speak German. If our truck is not allowed to drive up to the delivery location, the driver will bring the pallets to you with a pallet jack.

The delivery location must be easily accessible, with a turning possibility available. Delivery is made to the curb. Unloading is mostly done with a tail lift, accompanying forklift, or pallet truck. An asphalted, concreted ground level area is required. Cobblestone pavement is not suitable.
